Quoine withdrawl not coming, please help.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm desperate. I've been trying to withdraw my money from quoine, my profits were over 100,000. However, after paying taxes, plus a "deposit fee", the once super speedy customer service has been ignoring my messages. I've spent my savings on the taxes and that stupid deposit fee under the promise I would have my money within 24/hrs. Now I'm sitting here with no money and being ignored by them as soon as I payed them for the withdrawl. 🙁
