Assistance with trading etc 20 coins.

Good afternoon. I hope all is well. I was hoping to secure some information on trading erc-20 coins. Which exchanges are best where fees are reasonable. Not just that but also maybe some good tutorials on crypto trading in general. I’ve seen many tutorials but none for a noob as myself. A little direction is needed. Thanks in advance.
