Crazypool went crazy today – pool suggestion?

The person that runs crazypool, true to their name, went crazy today and blindsided their userbase with a change that states you have to stay within a 20% stability threshold for 5 days or you won't get a payout. Not an issue for me, but what I don't like is that this was done suddenly without warning, without transparency as their site provides no aid to show you if you are inside or outside their threshold, and in a way that puts the entirety of the risk on the miner for what the developer admitted is an "alpha" change, in case they screwed something up.

This is immediately on the heels of screwing up the EIP 1559 fork causing data loss and inevitably costing some miners their money. The backlash has been huge, as expected, and the response from crazypool has been dismissive, tone-deaf, and frankly arrogant.

So, I need a different pool because I simply don't trust this pool not to cross the line from crazy to stupid on a whim again. So any suggestions for a new 'home'? I've only got about 80MH and what I did like about Crazy was the fun community on discord, and the frequent pay intervals with a low minimum. Also, even though I know my hashrate doesn't matter, on principle I prefer to mine to smaller pools in the spirit of decentralization.

Thanks
