On mining and a healthy network

Welcome to all of the new miners coming to check out Ravencoin!

I just wanted to encourage all of you to try mining on some of the medium to smaller sized pools. The 2Miners pool just recently overcame 30% of the total hashrate (even more with its solo pool) which can be detrimental for the chain as a whole if this trend continues.
