The usual way to make fiat from RVN? How?

Hi,

I'm mining ETH and mined a few RVN as well. Not that it PEAKS in profitability according to whattomine website, may I ask:

How do you usually convert RVN to fiat currency?

I usually sell my mined ETH in coinbase and they are making a great job transferring the EUR to my bank account in like 1-2 days, but they don't have the option to sell RVN for fiat.

As I see the best approach would be to trade RVN for BTC, then sell BTC for fiat? Am I think this right?
Is there any service where I can directly sell it for fiat?
