Why ravencoin

Alright I need some convincing. Been mining eth for years now and with eth going PoS in the near future, raven seems to be a likely candidate for miners to switch over to. I feel like a massive reason why eth jumped from $7 to $1400 in the 2017 bull run was the massive influx of miners. I am looking at putting 5% of my portfolio into raven (biggest percentage that’s not BTC OR ETH) am I crazy?

I know next to nothing about raven other than it’s a fork of Bitcoin. Looking for some info and opinions on why it may be the next mining coin.
