Trying to lower GPU temperatures!

Hey everyone! So, I've been mining RVN for a little while now but still very much a noob. I'm trying to lower my current GPU temperatures when mining while still maintaining a reasonable hash-rate. At the moment, I consistently get temperatures around 85 – 89C but would prefer temperatures below 80C. I have MSI Afterburner and I have tried decreasing the power limit and temperature limit but the temperature doesn't change – see the attached image. As a result, as a noob, I'm a little lost as to how to lower the temperatures. I've done a bunch of googling but couldn't find an answer.
