Tomorrow is not judgement day.

If the infrastructure bill is passed, it'll go to the House – who are significantly more pro-crypto than the Senate. Any crypto provisions passed won't be active until 2023 at the earliest.

There's plenty of time to fight and overturn this if necessary – whether in Congress or in the courts.

For now, call your senators.

But also remember:

1. We will not fall off a cliff tomorrow.

2. Innovation always outpaces regulation.

3. Crypto is inevitable.
