KAWPOW Hashrate, 2080 Ti vs. 3060 Ti

I have seen some posts suggesting RTX 2080 Ti's mine KAWPOW faster than RTX 3060 Ti's. Whattomine.com seems to also.auggest this in the calculator. Can anyone confirm, and or explain why this might be? Thanks in advance
