Mining with laptop GPU

I am new to Ravencoin, and would like to try out mining it using my laptop GPU (rtx 3080 16gb max-p). Not sure what the heat emissions would be like and what the expected hashrates are (mining calculators are mostly for desktop GPUs). And how about any bad effects on long term mining in general on laptop GPUs. Anyone with experience in this?
