Raven-qt wallet fatal error on startup every time

Not sure if relevant but T-rex.exe was deleted by windows AV at some point last night and I redownloaded it this morning. Tried reinstalling raven-qt to no avail. It was working yesterday with 1 or 2 crashes.

Sidebar, my 2miners dashboard puts out different mh/s readings than the cmd (considerably higher). Is there any reason why these two things wouldn't be aligned?
