Getting better hash rates when booting up my computer without DisplayPort cable

Gaining an almost 9% boost from 23m/h to 25m/h when starting my pc with Chrome remote desktop, with only a power cable plugged in. I have the same settings in booth, someone knows the reason for this and how I can get 25m/h all the time?
