BIOSTAR TB-360-BTC PRO Dual PSU

Using dual PSU on my motherboard and I can’t get motherboard to boot properly by any means. I am worried I may have fried the motherboard.

1000W EVGA 80+ Gold 1300W EVGA 80+ Gold

Jumped both PSU’s and they work fine. Can’t get them to turn over on my motherboard. Is there a way to do dual PSU on this motherboard? I can’t find information anywhere.
