RVN GPU Mining

I’m currently using unMineable to mine RVN and I’m getting about 4 less mh/s than when I was mining ETH using lolminer. Is this normal? (MSI 1660 TI – 29MH/s on lolminer for eth, 25MH/s on unMineable for RVN)

Also which is the best and fastest way to mine RVN on Windows with the smallest payout minimum? On unMineable I have to attain 50 RVN before I get paid, are there faster and better options?
