Is there a tutorial to transfer RVN to your PC wallet?

Sorry if this is a really basic question.

I was using NiceHash but wanted to transfer my assets to my RVN wallet but don't know exactly how to do it.

I already downloaded the PC version of the RVN wallet but have no idea how to do it, this wallet seems way too complex for me.

Where do I found my public key ?

I think I only need the public key to make this transfer.
