Hello I need a little help

Does anyone know , is is possible and if there any site that can use PayPal for buying eth, or BTC? I searched bud didn't find anything… I want to buy crypto and start trading…but the problem is that I can use only PayPal my credit card are closed… Is binance have option for PayPal , I have account there?

Or some other trusted site that I can I use for buying. Also,I will probably get some procent to agent or? I never try this, I was explore only ,now I Wana try.. What will you chose to buy ETC , BTC or some other crypto that worth to invest?
