Binance has a System Flaw & Binance Used Duress to force me NDA Over Systemic Failure. Join All Victims.

For months, I’ve been posting here, warning everyone about these Binance systemic defects, yet many of you dismissed me, saying "it's your bad trade" and "it is your fault". I was devastated by a causeless incident, and Everyone blamed me. Now that the system has hit the majority of you, do you finally understand what I was talking about?! Everyone may not understand what I meant here and now, but again alone, I realize that the majority now write the same glitch on X and wants to take their own lives.

Those of you arguing that "this is crypto and you must accept losses" are fundamentally wrong and are directly enabling Binance's fraud. You are exactly the kind of people who let them get away with such business and continue to do so. the issue is a platform failure(And they try to decorate it like The issue is poor trading ). Binance is an exchange and a fiduciary, legally responsible for its system integrity. Mistakes should be answered with their written rules. The fact that the market allows Binance to get away with repeated system failures and manipulation is precisely why we must unite. We must expose the truth that Binance is actively trying to hide: that the system failure was real and repeated.

This is a formal call to action for every Binance user who has been unjustly liquidated or coerced into silence. I have definitive evidence showing that Binance's trading issues are not isolated errors, but a REPEATED and SYSTEMIC problem that their legal team actively suppresses.

  1. The Precedent (mine Incident): I was previously coerced into signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) back in Spring 2025 to silence the evidence of a system failure. Even then, Binance did not provide full compensation. Imagine, I had the same incident yesterday.
  2. The Systemic Fraud (Current Proof): I have technical proof that the same system flaw recently reoccured. This demonstrates that Binance utilizes customers' funds to address deficiencies in their own system following technical issues.
  3. Legal Evidence of NDA and Coercion: I have a signed version of the NDA that Binance pressured me to sign this year, which was required for the reinstatement of my account and partial compensation. The public disclosure of this document will serve as legal proof that Binance systematically uses Economic Duress to suppress evidence from regulators.

YOUR POWER IS IN COLLECTIVE ACTION: If you have experienced system failures, improper liquidations, abnormal fees, or were forced to sign an NDA to receive a settlement, contact me immediately.

Start by uniting, inconvenience them, and request what rightfully belongs to you according to the rules. If they lose your truth. Then we can seek legal financing from major crypto firms to pursue arbitration/litigation as a class action. This will ensure Binance is finally forced to face full accountability for its systemic fraud in court. It worked in the past, in the end litigation firm is satisfied, and so are you.

My request now is to give me a space where I can publicly release all materials(soon i will make a site). I have proof of NDA coercion, ready to share with regulators or media. VARA is not a regulator for me; they are only for Dubai residents. they used my materials, created a new reform, and no one defended me(Even from an ethical point of view). Because Binance and VARA first look at the jurisdiction to see how risky non-compliance is for them. When you are more, they will see the risk and legal firms will appear…

There is much more to say, but for now: Unite. Let's turn their biggest weakness-their repeated system failures-into our strongest legal argument. UNITE.

the first page of agreement.
