Best Decentralized Exchange?

Still trying to find a truly decentralized exchange where I can swap ETH to BTC without being forced into verification. Every platform claims to be KYC-free until you actually try to trade, then it suddenly asks for documents or routes you through some third-party service. I’m not interested in peer-to-peer deals or random middlemen holding funds. I just want a direct swap from my wallet with no surprises. If anyone’s actually found a platform that handles ETH to BTC like that, I’d like to hear it. Otherwise it feels like decentralization has turned into a slogan instead of reality.
