Decentralized Exchange for ETH

I’m looking for the best way to swap ETH into USDT without having to go through a big centralized exchange that asks for full KYC. Pretty much every major platform wants you to hand over all your personal details these days, and I’d rather keep things simple and private.

What I’m hoping to find is something quick, with enough liquidity so the trade actually goes through smoothly. Reasonable fees are important too, I don’t mind paying a bit, just not crazy high gas or hidden costs. Bonus points if the platform or tool is straightforward and easy to use.

I’m not trying to do anything shady here, I just prefer keeping control of my own info. So, what’s everyone using in 2025 for ETH into USDT swaps? Would love to hear what’s been working well for you.
