Where to safely sell $1M ETH?

Been accumulating ETH since 2018, I think its time to take profits to buy a house for my mother, as I am proud of myself.

I saw on X the OG Bitcoin whale doing it for BTC on Hyperliquid, is it safe? Would you do it differently?
