More Buyers But Price Drops?

When you look on Coinbase, it tells you for example that there is a buy ratio of 62% today. If there are more buyers than sellers, how come the price is able to drop so substantially in a day? That seems like a pretty good ratio of buys to sells, however the price dropped 5%. I have become quite bullish on Ethereum, but feel like the price should be going up based on this?
