Where to buy ETH or any other coin??

Any website I try (i.e moonpay, stripe, etc) they ask for ID (I'm from Germany). I don't want to upload my ID. Is there are site where can I simply buy eth or whatever and get it to my metamask?

P.S: Don't bother to send me DMs, won't read it.
