Are all of the timestamps on etherscan UTC?

I am confused about why, according to etherscan, the original deposit to the bitforex account has a later timestamp (by four hours or so) than my initial withdrawals from it (again, according to etherscan). What could account for this? I am trying to reconcile these records for tax purposes and thinking crypto tax calculator might not process the transactions in this order…
