Need a bit of POL on zkEVM for gas (can return it later)

I swapped USDC on Polygon zkEVM but didn’t realize I’d need POL tokens for gas fees to complete any transactions. Now I’m completely stuck and can’t move my funds. I’m brand new to crypto and still learning how gas fees work. I only need about $0.25 worth of POL to finish my swap, but I’ve been trying for hours to buy some and keep running into issues with exchanges requiring ID verification or minimum amounts.
