Might sound obvious to some of you DeFi vets, but:

If you’re manually moving ETH or stablecoins and copy-pasting wallet addresses – double, triple check what you paste.

Clipboard hijacking malware is still a thing. You copy your 0x address → malware swaps it invisibly before you paste it somewhere critical.

Happened to a friend of mine – cost them a decent chunk of ETH when they didn’t notice.

I got paranoid after that and added an extra sanity check to my Mac just to catch anything weird before I paste.

It’s small stuff, but with ETH fees the way they are lately, better to be extra cautious.
