Is WBIO legit

Not sure what the best flair for this is but my coworker has recently told me to look into buying WBIO because its "popping off". I took a look and couldn't find it on Binance but found that its only available on OkX.

I was told that this is related to another crypto, BIO, and that "this is the Web3 version of BIO and is why its only available on OkX". I did look at BIO and it seemed legit, but I can't find any mention of WBIO on their website (unless I'm just blind)

So my question is. Is WBIO legit another version of BIO or just something else. Otherwise, is it a scam?

I'm not well versed in crypto so any help would be appreciated.
