How do I buy/sell coins that aren’t tradable on Coinbase?

This is likely a noob question here. I’m in the United States. I want to buy Hash AI, Destra, and a few other coins that I can’t seem to find anywhere that’s available on any exchange in the USA. How the heck to us Americans buy, sell, and trade coins like these? I have Coinbase wallet but am unsure on how that’s useful, if at all. I’ve traded a ton of crypto through the years but only ones that are available on major exchanges so I’ve never gotten real savvy with using wallets or anything of that sort. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
