Questions?

So my tether is down about 500 dollars but my question is because I recently changed wallets when it was down will it go back up eventually because it's been showing 500 down from what I've put in for the last couple weeks and I changed my wallet on the 26th last month I've put it in 10k altogether but it's just been hovering between 9.3-9.5k and not gone anywhere near back to 10k in a while so I was just wondering if changing my wallet made the value stay at what it was when I changed it?
