Is there a right time to buy Bitcoin?

Hi guys, is there a right time to invest in bitcoin if goal is long term (5+ years). In stock index funds it's said with etfs if long term is your goal, then it doesn't matter when you get in, as timing the market is really hard. So I just buy nasdaq whenever I have money.

But with crypto I think it's tricky. They have these cycles and I am supposedly too late for the bull run if I wanna buy bitcoin. Is that true? Am I better off putting my cash in something else rn and gather bitcoin for cheap when there's the next bear market crash?
