Need to Refresh Computer and don’t want to lose wallet

Hello! I have to refresh my windows install because i have tooo much crap on my machine. I backed up my wallet to my documents, but is that all I have to do? I tried "get my words" but this popped up. Is there anything else I have to do? I don't want to lose it! Sorry that this is such a noob question.
