Insane hashrate on nanopool , possible ASIC?

So , i was hanging around on https://rvn.nanopool.org for mined blocks , and discovered that some miners has totally insane hashrate on some workers , like average for 6 hr – 37,607.9 Mh/s . How it could be possibe? My assumption is that worker/miner is another pool of GPUs or ASIC for KAWPOW algo or it is monstercards like H100 – 200 . How do you think? What is this mess?
