dont under binance fees, commission fees arent included in closed PNL ?

im trading futures on binance, found myself in the loss even though my trades have been summed up to profit

looked further into it using their generated excel report and i found that when looking at the closed PNL on the position history, for example in my case showed minus 30$, but in reality lost 40$, went to the excel report and summed up all rows for that trade, the total of the PNL doesnt include the commissions, if i add it all up it matches 40$ , but if exclude commissions it adds up the 30$ im seeing in the position history, is this normal ?
