Where to trade RVN in US? – Lost Money Transmitter License in 7 States

I see many people saying binance but I saw that they Lost Money Transmitter License in 7 states – including my own. Will all sites be limited due to my state or will I be able to trade/exchange on cryptodotcom/kraken/etc?
