Can I set a limit sell order from rETH to ETH or WETH?

I have rETH on mainnet. Is it possible to set a limit sell order to convert it to either ETH or WETH on CowSwap, for example? It looks like I can from their interface, but AI is telling me that I can't.

I'm a little confused about when it has to be WETH and whether rETH is able to perform limit orders.
