Coinbase Withdrawal Hold

I recently recieved an email from what appears to be coinbase but I haven't tried to make any withdrawals.

I did recently get a new phone and wasn't sure if it could be related to that. I haven't noticed any usually activity but it is the second time that I am receiving this.

Sorry if this is silly or best directed somewhere else. I just want to make sure nothing is comprised or needing me to do something.

I did change my password and do use 2FA.

Any advice is appreciated and I thank anyone in advance!
