Leverage Traders, how do you operate?

I've done a bit of it myself by taking a personal loan out to flip with. So far the amount I put in has been doubled and I was told that traditionally, that is the best outcome for any portfolio.

I'm under the impression that since we're in a bullmarket, it could be much more than doubling. I've disverfied a bit though to see what has been working so far.

I've also come to understand that most of the market, even outside Crypto is speculative. Ideally I would have liked to have the ability to reinvest even with profits but there seems to be a different air about this bullrun.

People told me beforehand that "You can't time the market," but you can "Have time in the market," and I'm an investor from 2017 – who just wanted to play with a loan.

But do you hold for a year to avoid capital gains tax? Continue hodling outside the loan?
