Pirate chain scam or not sure what i am doing? Please help.

Hello, I decided to try pirate chain crypto back in 2020 and didn't pull out when everything was crashing and all the whales took the money. So i lost a lot of money. Just recently I decided to cash out what i have worth around 733 pirate so I used simple swap, I checked out a video and looked very easy. So I put the receiving address from simple swap pirate chain by copy it and when i sent the coins to simple swap using the pirate chain wallet, it was taking long so i contacted costumer support and they said wait a hour, then i waited a day. Going back and forth with support they are saying they did not receive the coins but i have sent them to the address they asked. zs1vldrdd5wmw47j2h6glhqq5fl9f29k4xxlxrcjdgfcly9hfwkfhjhcajpqch86mumsnswsvuyaz9 Even shows in my app. I have a explorer to see internet info but cannot understand it. They keep on telling me, Could you please check your wallet history carefully and find the rules, transaction hash to our address? I have no idea what this means the app is very simple and what you see is what you get nothing more, so not sure what to do here. Could anyone tell me did i get scammed, Does Pirate Chain wallet not send to outside addresses like simple swap. Maybe someone could explain what might have happened and some of the terms.
