Why isn’t ETH hitting an all-time high?!

So I've been watching bitcoin go crazy for a few months now but why is ETH having so much trouble breaking out of this $3200 BS?! Did I miss something?! Why aren't people gobbling up ETH like bitcoin?! We should be over $5K!
