What’s the best exchange for holding small amount of alt-coins in EU?

Hey all, I'm currently holding around $1000 in crypto on Binance Europe. It's been a decent platform so far, especially compared to the restrictions on Binance US. However, I recently hit a bit of a snag: I can no longer use my debit MasterCard on the account, which means I’m now limited in my ability to withdraw. With the potential bull run on the horizon, I’d really like to have a clear exit strategy in place, so I'm looking for some advice on reliable European exchanges.

Current Status & What I’m Looking For:

1. Amount Held: Around $1000 in various altcoins, not a huge amount but significant enough to want a reliable, easy way out.

2. Concerns: Limited by current restrictions on Binance Europe, especially regarding debit card withdrawals.

3. Exit Strategy Needed: Prefer a European exchange where I can freely deposit/withdraw using SEPA transfers or similar, ideally with a decent track record.

What I’ve Considered So Far:

I’ve done a bit of research, and Kraken seems like a solid choice. From what I gather, they’re well-established, cater to European users, and support SEPA transfers, which would solve a lot of my current issues. Kraken also seems reputable and secure, which is important to me. But before I make any moves, I’d love some feedback or other suggestions.

What’s Important to Me:

Ease of Withdrawals: I don’t want to be scrambling to find a way to access my funds if I decide to sell.

Security and Reliability: Something with a good reputation and strong security measures. Losing access or getting restricted again is what I’m trying to avoid.

European Compliance: Given recent regulatory shifts, it’d be ideal to pick a platform that’s solid in Europe.
