Need help in MetaMask

So I have received 25 USDT on MetaMask via ETH main network and I would like to send it to Revolut (yeah I know but I need the money🥲)

Problem is that in order to send it to my Revolut I need to have ETH on metamask as well to cover gas.

Okay, tried to convert some USDC on metamask to cover the gas fees but it also requires ETH to convert.

Any advice would be appreciated, been a pending the whole night to find a solution on Google and chat GP-T but I feel stucked on this.
