Need 0.001$ worth of Eth for transaction

So I have some USDC on meta mask that I want to transfer to binance , but to complete the transaction I need 0.000001 eth for gas , I'd swap it with USDC but even to complete that transaction I need more eth , and the only way to add eth would be to buy it
