My coinbase hell.
So like 6 months ago, I was tryna cash out some crypto to cop my dream whip. I moved about 50 eth from my cold wallet to coinbase, thinkin everything would go smooth cause I already did their whole id check thing a year back.
But as soon as the transfer hit, they locked me out with no explanation. At first, I thought, “alright, prob just a quick security check,” but nah… days turned into weeks, and I still couldn’t get in. Every time I hit up support, they kept asking for the same docs. ID, proof of address, all that …stuff I sent like 5 times already. Felt like I was talkin to bots or somethin.
My patience? Gone. You can only stay cool for so long when you got big stacks just sitti' there. After 2 months of this nonsense, I had enough. I had to lawyer up. It ain't cheap, but worth it. We sent a legal notice, and surprise, surprise, within a week my account got unlocked, and I could finally touch my money again.
Don’t play when it comes to big money. Always have a lawyer ready. And if you’re thinking of usin CB, you might wanna think twice. It ain’t worth the headache.
