Issue in Sepolia?

I want to open a new thread regarding the "magic" transaction that I described here.

I have generated a new account in Sepolia and sent funds to the new account. Now, I could not withdraw due to unexpected issues with the ETH network.

Who can import the private key

to his account and debug the issue? Who can send ETH from the account to the new one in Sepolia testnet?
