Bittrex question

Hey guys, I got this email, is it a legit one ?

It went into my spams, but when I check the bittrex website, it does seem over?

I put money into bitcoins ages ago, I don't even remember where, I only remember "kraken" website. Can I still login to bittrex and withdraw money if I have some on it? I lost my logins, 2FA and else, what a mess!

I hope I still have my money, I did this like 10 years ago, I was planning to take them back in the future.
