Is there an app/service that allows people to send me USD & i receive crypto

Just for context, I only know a bit about crypto. I used to have a small wallet back in the early days & im familiar with the theory of it and just want to get some advice.

So I run a small business that provides business services to call girls & OF content creators. Basic stuff, book keeping, PA work, "engagement" analysis, websites, etc.

Thing is despite what I do being completely legal in my country, most reputable bank's have an policy against working with that kind of industry. This makes it very difficult to carry out my business, pay my taxes & pay myself a salary.

is there some kind of company or App, that allows my clients to pay me USD but on my end, i receive crypto. Like how a debit/credit card will automatically convert currency when you make a transaction abroad.
