Selling and buying property with crypto in US

Hi all, does anyone have any insight, knowledge or any other resources about how escrow companies, brokers and agents are navigating the current real estate market, specifically in California? In doing my research I’ve come across a particular escrow company that has facilitated multiple crypto currency transactions including a refinance. However, this particular escrow company utilizes a third party to accept crypto from a buyer but ultimately converts it to fiat for the seller at the end of the transaction. That's also including the anti-money laundering checks that most crypto users will have issues with, as it is very rare that there's gonna be a squeaky clean portfolio. This may work for a buyer wanting to purchase with an acceptable crypto they hold, but what if the seller sees this as an opportunity to not only sell, but also enter the crypto market by receiving crypto in the end? Although this may not be as common now, the cause and effect relationship that corresponds between the crypto and vertical markets (in this case, the housing market) while institutional adoption steadily increases definitely paves the way for these opportunities to exist. So knowing that “there’s more than one way to skin a cat”, what are other current trends in the California housing market allowing buyers, sellers, brokers and agents to optimize their transactions? Are buyers currently accepting and receiving crypto for homes they put on the housing market? I know this is a loaded question but I figured this is the perfect place to unload and get the communities input. Thank you all in advance.
