Authenticator Troubles.

Hello, i have a huge problem that im hoping can be resolved. Ive been using Authy 2FA with my CDC account for year, but recently my old phone died and never came back to life.

Purchased a new phone and had the old number switched to new phone. Well eventually i decided to move some crypto and noticed i couldnt sign in to my cdc authy account since i lost my password. Also noticed that i cant reset my password like you can with most things.

Is my crypto lost/trapped forever ?? Is there anything that can be done?
