What will Ethereum ETFs mean for the blockchain defi ecosystem?

I have been reading up on the imminent Ethereum ETFs and trying to understand how it might impact nfts and memecoins, with lots of folks suggesting that it will lead to huge institutional money flowing into the Ethereum defi network. Is this fair? Can nft and token projects expect a boost? How will this inflow impact gas fees?
