Noob Payout Question

This is my first time mining RVN and I'm currently using a pool from coinminerz.com – payout says i need 1 coin minimum and I should have passed my threshold for the payout.

Currently have 1400+ shares but haven't received anything.

Am I missing anything required by this pool before a payout? Trying to get the payout to move to another pool.
