I bought some crypto and now I don’t need it and I can’t spend it. What can I do with it?

I bought some crypto for an online purchase and I didn’t end up getting it. I blame myself for not being educated on the crypto market, like the fees and exchange rates. I went to buy $50 CDN worth of bitcoin and I was shocked to see I only got $19.40 for $50. I can’t use it , I can’t sell it, and I can’t swap it for cash unless I fork out more money to meet the requirements for trading. So now I got $19 in Bitcoin that’s useless to me. What can I do with it? Are there traders or purchasers who will buy it without charging double in fees?
